Contract Specialist (Medical)

Location: Hybrid in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Support contract lifecycle management for a designated GPO portfolio.
• Maintain SAP contract data and pricing for customers and internal sales teams.
• Investigate, interpret, analyze, and audit customer contract pricing and terms.
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, contract language, GPO affiliation, billing plans, hierarchies, and contract documents.
• Process amendments, escalations, chargeback additions, credits, pricing approvals, tier activations, and compliance actions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, auditors, distributors, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s or technical degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of the relevant technical field.
• Ability to analyze contract pricing, interpret terms, and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and resolve routine problems using limited judgment.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Experience with contract administration, pricing audits, or distributor interactions.
