Senior Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator (Legal)

Location: Must be based in Columbia, Maryland, USA; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Salary: $76,000 – $115,000

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for U.S. Government contracts, specifically FAA’s AMS clauses.
• Prepare and analyze proposal content and review scopes of work in collaboration with program managers.
• Negotiate customer orders, contract modifications, and SOWs.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines, and contract terms to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advise senior leadership on contractual and operational risks and mitigation options.
• Maintain accurate contract files and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience as a contracts administrator for U.S. Government programs.
• Expert knowledge of FAA’s Acquisition Management System (AMS) contract clauses.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Deltek, and SAP.
