What you will do

• Lead direct negotiations with enterprise-level end-users, strategic accounts, and partners.
• Draft and customize complex commercial agreements including SaaS cloud agreements, SLAs, and SOWs.
• Provide governance on revenue recognition and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Drive legal operations projects, including CLM system enhancements and repository standardization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues under tight deadlines.
• Mentor junior members of the contracts team to scale knowledge across the function.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas
• Proven experience in commercial software licensing and SaaS transaction management.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in negotiation and risk-mitigation language.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition (ASC 606) and data privacy regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a senior individual contributor role.
