What you will do

• Independently draft and review legal form agreements and correspondence across various contractual matters.
• Conduct research and prepare memoranda on contractual provisions and intellectual property rights.
• Partner with business executives and cross-functional teams as a primary legal resource.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and develop company-wide policies and best practices.
• Implement improvements to legal forms and internal administrative processes.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
• 2+ years of experience for Specialist or 4+ years for Sr. Specialist.
• Extensive experience in contract management, data entry, and document assembly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management software.
• Demonstrated familiarity with contracting practices in the entertainment industry and intellectual property.
• Ability to manage multiple wide-ranging matters and conflicting deadlines.
