Contract Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States - Field

Salary: $61,950–$90,860 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver new and renewal service contract offerings.
• Review contracts and sales order forms for completeness, accuracy, and approved terms and conditions.
• Enter contract-related order data and manage contract database updates, processing, and credits.
• Prepare maintenance invoices and coordinate with finance on billing and collection of contractual revenue.
• Analyze contracts, resolve issues, and collaborate with business partners to improve maintenance renewal rates and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Oracle and QuickSight Reports.
• Experience resolving a wide range of issues.
