Clinical Application Specialist (LifeVest)

Location: Remote in Italy; must be based in the Lombardy Region. Frequent travel is required.

Salary: €28,000–€35,000 per year.

What you will do

• Train patients on the proper use of the LifeVest device.
• Deliver clinical information to healthcare centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales team.
• Promote LifeVest, maintain relationships with existing customers, and advise prospective clients.
• Keep medical staff updated on the latest clinical evidence for conference presentations.
• Train internal and external staff, provide user certifications, and support new team members.
• Provide administrative support to sales, assist patients with technical issues at home, replace device components when required, and retrieve discontinued materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Lombardy Region, Italy.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English required.
• Assertive, respectful, and team-oriented communication style.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
• Goal-oriented, hands-on, and persistent approach.
• Preparedness for frequent travel.
