CNC Operator Mill / Turn, 2nd Shift (MedTech)

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC Mill/Turn machines to produce parts that meet mechanical drawing specifications.
• Load and unload parts, measure components, and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Make basic machine changeovers and implement dimensional offset adjustments as instructed.
• Complete quality control documentation, inspection sheets, travelers, and other required records.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, inspection techniques, SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with machine operators and management to maintain production quality and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to inspect small parts visually using a microscope, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; regularly lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Intermediate mathematics skills, including geometric and trigonometric formulas.
