PT Pharmacist (Sterile Compounding)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $57.81–$72.50 per hour

hirify.global Group and its CAPS division provide infusion therapy, pharmacy admixture, sterile compounding, and other healthcare products and services.

What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic technique and standard operating procedures.
• Review orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing, and resolve discrepancies with customer pharmacy personnel.
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules, regulations, and other applicable requirements.
• Perform quality control activities and participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
• Support pharmacy operations through equipment troubleshooting, supply ordering, and inventory maintenance.
• Assist with supervising IV technicians, interns, and other support personnel while reviewing work for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or PharmD.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Valid pharmacist license in Texas required.
• Completion of ACPE-accredited IV certification required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve complex problems using professional judgment.
• Availability for an 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule, alternating weekends, and company holidays.
