Location: Spring, Texas, United States; onsite retail pharmacy

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions using RxEVO, verify patient information, and manage adjudication reviews.
• Provide accurate, efficient customer service and resolve third-party and prescription-processing issues.
• Support screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and other pharmacy professional services.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and execute RxIMS compliance and inventory reports.
• Assemble and label prescriptions, handle controlled medications and liquid measurements, and follow required pharmacy procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active State of Texas registration as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT), with required continuing education and recertification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; minimum age of 18.
• Knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, hirify.global Pharmacy SOPs, RxEVO, RxIMS, PartnerNet, Workforce Manager, MS Office, and Windows.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette, mathematical skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs or more.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of pharmacy experience.
