Product Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Manage assigned medical device products from definition and planning through production, release, distribution, and end of life.
• Coordinate design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, marketing, operations, purchasing, and engineering activities.
• Develop market analyses, product strategies, marketing plans, and launch materials including technique guides, brochures, and sales collateral.
• Create project plans and lead kick-off meetings, design reviews, verification and validation activities, and cadaver lab utilization.
• Develop mechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data supporting technologies and product introductions.
• Forecast inventory, support supply-chain sourcing, and maintain DHF, DMR, and DHR documentation in line with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with new product introduction and product lifecycle management.
• Advanced project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and comply with applicable United States and international regulations.
