Associate Brand Manager II

Location: Onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $78,500–$141,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate operations brand and program projects in alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Develop brand plans, financial plans, long-range plans, demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and lifecycle strategies.
• Serve as a central supply chain interface for Commercial, R&D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party manufacturers.
• Lead negotiations with third-party manufacturing partners on contracts, service costs, project proposals, and additional charges.
• Identify and communicate supply risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage lifecycle transitions, site transfers, launches, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs involving plant personnel, third-party manufacturers, and functional organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
• Business and product management experience in life sciences; an MBA or higher education is desired but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management.
• Experience managing teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to manage, implement, and influence large change-management programs and work with executive-level stakeholders in worldwide cultural settings.
