Associate Product Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Create and manage project plans with Project Engineers across multiple product initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities, including kick-off meetings, design reviews, verification and validation activities, and cadaver labs.
• Conduct market analysis, gather feedback from spine surgeons and customers, and identify new products and line extensions.
• Forecast inventory and coordinate product sourcing with Purchasing and Operations through the company supply chain.
• Develop presentations, technique guides, product literature, brochures, and other sales-support materials.
• Partner with Clinical R&D and Sales & Marketing on clinical research topics, product introductions, courses, and symposia.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in medical devices or a related Product Development or Marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20% of the time.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to create and confidently deliver effective presentations to audiences of different sizes.
