Senior Product Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States. Travel up to 25% is required for field initiatives, customer visits, and cross-site collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing strategic product plans and objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
• Drive biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical evidence development supporting product development and commercialization.
• Manage engineering, regulatory, and clinical project plans, including design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and advisory boards.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, sales tools, educational materials, forecasts, and inventory plans for new product introductions.
• Provide clinical training and advanced intraoperative support while incorporating customer and field feedback into product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven success launching and managing high-impact products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation, including DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for field initiatives, customer visits, and cross-site collaboration.
