Sales Development Training Program

Location: Multiple locations across the United States; applicants must be open to relocation.

Salary: California hourly rate of $31.25; Seattle salary of $65,000; Denver salary of $60,000.

What you will do

• Complete orientation, safety training, online modules, training events, and branch meetings.
• Learn the company’s elevator installation, modernization, repair, and service operations.
• Develop and deliver weekly and final presentations.
• Shadow account managers and sales representatives to understand markets and customer needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while prospecting for new business.
• Prepare service contract bids, repair proposals, capital plans, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Applicants must be open to relocation.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Training class starts in June 2027; recruitment continues year-round.
