On-Premise Sales Trainee (Atlanta)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Travel: 20–30%.

Salary: $75,600 per year.

What you will do

• Participate in a 12-month immersive On-Premise sales program.
• Build long-term relationships with existing accounts and develop new partnerships with industry influencers.
• Use sales and negotiation techniques to expand distribution, visibility, and execution across the territory.
• Manage accounts across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, events, and festivals.
• Analyze sales data to develop customer and territory plans.
• Set up coolers, infrastructure, and point-of-sale materials while representing the hirify.global brand.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Previous CPG or sales experience through employment or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or self-employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
