Senior Marketing Manager (Wealth Management)

hirify.global is partnering with a leading UK wealth manager on a marketing leadership role focused on intermediary and adviser-facing propositions.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for discretionary wealth management, model portfolio services, and broader wealth capabilities.
• Build proposition messaging based on adviser firms’ commercial objectives, operating models, and client needs.
• Create multi-channel marketing plans to generate qualified leads and grow funds under management.
• Design content and engagement programmes supporting financial advisers through industry challenges.
• Manage digital, webinar, event, and social media campaigns, using performance reporting to optimize results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of marketing professionals while collaborating with distribution teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UK financial adviser firms, their business models, and commercial challenges.
• Significant experience marketing wealth management or DFM/MPS propositions to intermediaries.
• Proven experience developing marketing programmes that support intermediary distribution teams.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, lead generation, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
• Experience with Salesforce and email marketing tools.
• Leadership, stakeholder communication, and project management experience across multiple concurrent campaigns.
