Global Events and Field Marketing, Senior Manager

Location: Hybrid role requiring the candidate to be locally based in London, Greater London, UK

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute EMEA regional events, trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer programs.
• Manage vendors, event logistics, on-site support, and post-event reporting.
• Partner with sales to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and coordinate follow-up strategies.
• Track campaign performance, attribute pipeline, and manage lead handoff to sales.
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage registration, lead-capture, and event-operations tools while supporting in-person events with up to 40% travel.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in field marketing and event management.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence working with sales teams, vendors, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be locally based in London and able to perform physical event work, including lifting boxes up to 20 lbs, extensive walking, and prolonged standing.
