Field Marketing and Events Manager

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD per year, depending on working location and experience.

What you will do

• Align Marketing and Sales on priorities, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Plan and execute field events, executive dinners, and tradeshows from concept through post-event reporting.
• Develop event concepts, themes, formats, briefs, landing pages, and email promotions.
• Manage venue selection, vendors, catering, AV, shipping, staffing, and other onsite logistics.
• Lead post-event communications, lead handoff, reporting, and measurement of attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Support logistics for the annual user conference and coordinate event budgets and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience planning and executing field events, executive dinners, and tradeshows end to end.
• Strong project management, organizational, logistical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and executives.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting marketing and event performance.

• Field marketing and event management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS companies.
