Manager, FP&A (Hybrid)

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with approximately 60% onsite and 40% remote

Salary: $109,750–$182,900 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own monthly delivery of IT budget actuals and forecasts covering Opex, CapEx, and headcount.
• Partner with IT leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Define reporting requirements and implement process, system, and reporting improvements.
• Validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders against approved budgets.
• Deliver clear financial insights for executive decision-making and strategic investment planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis supporting IT organizations.
• Experience supporting IT finance or technology organizations.
• Strong financial communication, analytical, modeling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, financial planning tools, or reporting systems.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing reporting enhancements.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a global organization.
