Financial Analyst III

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $95,300–$116,700 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include profit-sharing, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner across three entities, supporting cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis, including pricing, customer health, key performance metrics, and decision support.
• Track Technology project lifecycles and support the evaluation of capitalization eligibility.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close activities and financial data accuracy.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial consolidation, ROI analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Help implement AI and automation tools to improve financial processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced financial modeling.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel and Google Business Apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills; experience in technology, software, or real estate is highly preferred.

• CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree.
