Associate Territory Manager - Tallahassee (Medical Devices)

Location: Tallahassee, Florida, United States. Field-based work in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments within the assigned territory; occasional evenings, weekends, and travel may be required. Must be willing to relocate within the Area Director’s assigned area if requested.

At-plan compensation: $95,000 per year, including a $70,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do

• Support sales and account management for LifeVest and cardiac diagnostic products.
• Engage physicians and educate clinical and administrative support staff through individual discussions, group in-services, exhibits, and conferences.
• Enroll and train customers on the hirify.global Patient Management System.
• Help hospital and office staff submit complete medical orders and reduce order exceptions.
• Collect documentation for new orders and reorders and provide territory coverage during Territory Manager absences.
• Analyze territory trends, communicate findings, and achieve assigned sales objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• One year of B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience; or two years of relevant field clinical support, cardiology hospital experience, or three years as a Junior Military Officer leading a team, project, or account.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales presentations and discussions of clinical data.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned area during employment if required.
• Ability to drive and meet the physical demands of regular field work.
