TL;DR
Associate Territory Manager - NW Arkansas / Springfield (Medical Device Sales): Supporting sales and territory management for LifeVest and cardiac diagnostic products with an accent on physician education, account growth, and customer enrollment. Focus on training clinical staff, reducing medical order exceptions, analyzing territory trends, and providing coverage across assigned accounts.

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas and Springfield, Missouri; field-based work within the assigned territory, with daily visits to hospitals, doctors' offices, and other medical establishments. Must be willing to relocate within the Area Director's assigned area at the company's discretion.

Compensation: $95,000 at plan, including a $70,000 base salary and commission.

What you will do

  • Support sales activities, account management, and territory growth for LifeVest and cardiac diagnostic products.
  • Educate physicians and clinical support staff through one-on-one discussions, group in-services, exhibits, and conferences.
  • Enroll and train customers on the ZOLL Patient Management system.
  • Help hospitals and medical offices submit complete orders, collect documentation, and reduce medical order exceptions.
  • Provide territory coverage during Territory Manager absences or vacancies and achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Analyze territory trends, communicate findings, and represent ZOLL professionally and ethically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • At least one year of sales experience in a strong B2B, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment; or qualifying clinical, cardiology, or military leadership experience.
  • Ability to influence clinical decision-making through sales presentations and discussion of clinical data.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to drive regularly.
  • Willingness to work in the assigned field territory and relocate within the Area Director's area when required.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel by train or airplane when needed.
