Location: Hybrid, with in-office work expected 1β2 times per month in Toronto or Ottawa, Canada; up to 10% travel for conferences
Salary: CAD 76,000β102,000 annually, plus 10% target incentives

What you will do
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans for Defence, Healthcare, and Education based on pipeline targets, business priorities, procurement timelines, and partner investment calendars.
- Develop audience personas, buying journeys, outcome-led messaging, and program architecture across campaigns, content, events, partner-funded initiatives, and account-based marketing.
- Own public sector partner co-marketing, including marketing development fund business cases, joint messaging, offer development, and partner commitments.
- Shape thought leadership such as white papers, executive briefs, keynotes, digital content series, roundtables, and summits.
- Coordinate Growth Marketing, Solution Marketing, Public Sector sales, Partner Alliances, agencies, vendors, and WWT Marketing.
- Manage budgets and performance reporting, including spend forecasts, pipeline contribution, ROI, brand metrics, and development of an Industry Marketing Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience owning vertical strategy and go-to-market execution.
- Experience marketing to public sector, government, healthcare, and/or education environments is required.
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into outcome-led narratives for senior non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite and deputy minister audiences.
- Experience owning partner co-marketing programs and securing marketing development funds from technology partners.
- Experience directing junior team members, agencies, or vendors, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
