Site Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ, United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct site programs and implement company policies to meet customer contract obligations.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and direct supervisory staff.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, safety, quality, service standards, and use of space.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate communication among the company, customers, employees, contractors, and subcontractors, including meetings and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, problem-solving, planning, and time-management skills.
• Project management, interviewing, coaching, and employee training abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to respond to customer, regulatory, and business-community inquiries and present information to groups.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds is required.
