What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, maintenance, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and implement production plans according to approved schedules.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify operational issues, respond to customer concerns, and implement solutions.
• Establish site policies, procedures, corrective-action plans, and performance evaluation processes.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate uniform distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage employees, operatives, and subcontractors.
• Strong computer, verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
