Manager, Procurement Management (Supply Chain)

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage procurement activities from strategic sourcing through contracting, aligned with category strategy.
• Oversee supplier selection, supplier relationship management, compliance, diversity, and sustainability processes.
• Implement supplier risk mitigation plans, monitor performance, and identify procurement risks.
• Execute source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay activities while improving process efficiency.
• Drive savings, supply assurance, and continuous improvement across procurement operations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of procurement specialists and partner with procurement and business leaders on workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or operations.
• Experience managing teams and a comprehensive understanding of procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
