Salary: $92,000 – $138,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationship strategies to optimize performance, improve service levels, and mitigate risk.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure strategies support operational and financial goals.
• Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations and manage complex supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP/MRP platforms.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Nice to have

• Background in warehouse consumables and services procurement.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or SCOR.
• Experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional partners.
