Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Location: Austin, Texas 78744, USA; hybrid work option

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus a 10% target bonus.

What you will do

• Translate open-ended business questions into structured financial analyses and recommendations.
• Analyze unit economics, contribution margins, revenue, profitability, cost drivers, and operational performance.
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases for capital investments and strategic initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, driver-based financial models, and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Prepare schedules, exhibits, and analyses for executive and Board materials while partnering with business leaders.
• Improve reporting through automation, standardization, and data integrity initiatives across finance and operational systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or comparable analytical experience.
• Experience with EPM/CPM platforms such as Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or OneStream, plus SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of three-statement mechanics, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and driver-based schedules.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting, with analytical rigor and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without current or future sponsorship.

• Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
