Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A)

Location: Chicago, United States; four days per week in the office are expected

Total annual cash compensation: $95,275–$139,741.66, including base salary and target incentive.

What you will do

• Partner with Information Technology leaders on budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, financial modeling, and long-term strategic planning.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and report financial results to senior stakeholders.
• Develop utilization-based cost allocations and improve transparency across multiple stakeholders.
• Use data, analysis, and insights to optimize cost structures and improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and budget owners on contract renewals and negotiations.
• Improve FP&A processes, KPI consistency, and financial reporting using AI tools and Business Intelligence partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, accounting, business, economics, data science, or STEM.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, business partnership, or financial analysis roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience solving business problems with Agentic AI and co-working tools is highly desired.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion, Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, or Power BI.
