Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own group-level forecasting across revenue, headcount, costs, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning, investment decisions, scenario modelling, and long-range planning.
• Analyse performance trends, risks, opportunities, margins, unit economics, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with leaders across product, engineering, operations, commercial, and finance teams to support decisions.
• Produce monthly reporting packs and improve dashboards, data visibility, and reporting processes.
• Build scalable FP&A tools, run the budgeting cycle, and strengthen financial governance and planning discipline.

Requirements

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, ideally having built or rebuilt an FP&A function.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong understanding of revenue models, costs, margins, and operational metrics.
