Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration at the hirify.global New York City office

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage the Office of the President P&L and support Global Sales Marketing Solution finance, including consolidation, performance tracking, and financial governance.
• Partner with the President of hirify.global and sales and marketing leaders on financial planning and business performance.
• Lead monthly close activities, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Build financial models for budgeting, cost allocation, investment decisions, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
• Develop dashboards, reporting packages, and KPIs to improve financial transparency.
• Drive process improvements and provide ad hoc analysis related to cost optimization and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or business partnership roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and influence partners in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement connected to the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
