What you will do

• Support the CEO in managing high-impact priorities, complex scheduling, and logistics.
• Partner with leadership to define team structure, hiring strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including preparing board materials and investor updates.
• Oversee finance and administrative operations across the organization.
• Lead mission-critical, time-sensitive projects requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Implement lightweight, agile processes to maintain structure during hyper-growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a demanding environment such as consulting, finance, or BizOps at an early-stage startup.
• Proactive generalist mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to create structure without close supervision.
• Strong ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
• Comfortable with financial concepts including budgeting and P&L tracking.
