Business Operations Lead

Location: Remote in Vietnam; address: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Interviews may be conducted virtually or onsite.

What you will do

• Lead business operations across multiple countries and manage a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, and local operational requirements.
• Manage external vendors and service providers across operational functions.
• Support recruiting operations, recruiter onboarding, and hiring activities.
• Plan company events, offsites, and operational logistics.
• Track key initiatives, ensure timely execution, and improve processes for speed and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or a similar role.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently.
• High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
