What you will do

• Lead business operations and market launches across multiple countries.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee office setup and entity incorporation.
• Implement payroll and manage local operational requirements.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Support recruiting operations, recruiter onboarding, and hiring activities.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, or founder's office roles.
• Proven track record of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently.
• High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
