Salary: $128,000–$229,900 base salary

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Legal Operations team while aligning priorities with LGAPP strategy.
• Drive legal technology rollouts, workflow modernization, process improvement, and cross-functional programs.
• Own the legal technology ecosystem, including intake tools, CLM platforms, knowledge management, e-billing, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors across onboarding, billing, evaluation, performance, and cost optimization.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, legal spend reporting, and financial insights.
• Build knowledge management, governance, documentation, training, and enablement practices across the legal organization.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or operational leadership, preferably in a corporate legal department or technology company.
• Experience leading operational initiatives, process improvement efforts, and complex cross-functional programs.
• Prior experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with legal technology platforms, workflow systems, CLM tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable systems, processes, and technology-driven solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS or technology organization.
• Familiarity with contracting operations, legal intake, workflow management, or specialized legal operations.
• Experience implementing AI or automation in legal workflows.
