Team Lead, Testing Operations (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Execute and maintain daily testing operations workflows, including the TNP process, QC requisitions queue, and Admin UI order management queue.
• Monitor, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues involving member results and clinician notes inquiries.
• Support data collection, analyze trends, and report metrics affecting the member experience.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements across results and requisition lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical partnerships, operations, and product teams to implement new processes and communicate operational needs.
• Manage Jr. Ops Associates and Ops Associates, maintain workflow coverage, and keep operational documentation and SOPs up to date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations experience, including leading teams and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, or another regulated, process-driven field.
• Ability to manage operational challenges, identify issues proactively, and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and execution skills.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-oriented working style.
• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required; visa sponsorship may be requested during the application process.

• Education or experience in the health and medical space.
• Early-stage technology startup experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industry design considerations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems, and internal tools.
