NPI Team Leader (Aftertreatment and Exhaust Systems)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available. Travel may be required up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Lead gateway reviews for NPI, NTI, NMI, and NSI programs from initial GWL through post-production GW7.
• Ensure readiness of deliverables covering manufacturing, supply chain, design, cost, and program budgets.
• Integrate requirements between L6 product groups and L4 aftertreatment and exhaust systems technical leads.
• Manage detailed project plans for budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Identify program risks and tradeoffs and coordinate resolution with functional teams.
• Develop product application expertise and assess use cases and competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive planning and program management knowledge, including management of related projects and resources.
• Working knowledge of quality management, problem-solving methods, and design for manufacturability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple complex, high-paced projects concurrently.
• Aftertreatment design, testing, validation, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must work onsite in Mossville, Illinois, five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.
