Operations Supervisor (Fulfillment)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite warehouse role with availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Communicate policies, maintain compliance and consistency, and take corrective action when needed.
• Use inventory management software to maintain records and manage inventory flow.
• Monitor productivity, process performance, and quality through warehouse KPIs, and report stock levels, issues, and employee performance to upper management.
• Improve processes, optimize employee workflows, coordinate with the warehouse manager, and arrange required supplies.
• Maintain facility equipment and safety standards, train new associates, and oversee sanitation in the assigned department.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; honorable discharge from the United States military as an NCO or higher rank is also preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software.
• Strong organization, planning, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to take ownership, drive results, manage change, analyze data, and develop workable business solutions.
• Ability to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lb.
