Operations Manager (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: Pittston, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at a fulfillment center

What you will do

• Lead a functional operation or an entire operational shift within a fulfillment center.
• Manage, mentor, and develop 3–7 frontline Supervisors and 50–200+ hourly Associates.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and consistent work environment, taking corrective action when needed.
• Create and maintain quality-control policies and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Review forecasts, build productivity plans, and balance labor with other Operations Managers.
• Analyze performance data, improve safety, quality, and productivity, and share best practices across shifts and fulfillment centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience required, preferably in ecommerce, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Operational experience across at least two areas such as inbound, outbound, inventory, or value-add services.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop leaders and team members.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including moderate to advanced experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
