Sr. Manager, Operations Continuous Improvement (Logistics)

What you will do

• Build and own the site-level continuous improvement roadmap, including project timelines, accountability, execution, and validation.
• Identify operational performance gaps and deliver measurable improvements in cost, throughput, speed, and quality.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with General Managers, functional leaders, Analytics, and Process Excellence to prioritize opportunities and align operational change.
• Design CI training and capability-building programs for operations leaders and frontline teams.
• Use operational datasets and tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, and Tableau to size opportunities and measure impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role managing continuous improvement or operational improvement programs.
• Demonstrated experience building CI functions or programs with measurable financial and operational results.
• Deep proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, 3PL, distribution centers, or high-volume logistics environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing a continuous improvement cadence from scratch in a high-growth operational environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and using system data in improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving commercial, analytics, product development, and operations teams.
