Director, GTM Systems & Applied AI

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; expected to work from a hirify.global office 3+ days a week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub may be supported. Hub locations include Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, and Santiago.

Salary: $240,000–$282,000 USD annual on-target earnings or base salary for San Francisco, CA.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the GTM systems architecture strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and Solutions Engineering.
• Lead the transition toward AI-first GTM infrastructure by identifying opportunities for AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Design improvements across lead-to-cash, renewal, and expansion processes.
• Improve the reliability, performance, adoption, and scalability of existing systems while prioritizing new capabilities.
• Maintain clean, enriched, consistently mapped data with appropriate governance and security protocols.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of developers and engineers while aligning stakeholders on major change initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fast-paced companies and a record of delivering high-impact cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong architectural thinking with experience designing reliable, cohesive, documented systems that scale.
• Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations and how technology and AI can improve them.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, agents, and automation to GTM workflows.
• Experience managing complex GTM technology stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, and sales engagement tools.
