Location: Remote - US

Salary: US USD $118,000–$176,000 base salary; Canada CAD $129,000–$163,000 base salary.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across WebRezPro and deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned with product and business priorities.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, Business Unit, and go-to-market leaders to connect engineering initiatives with customer impact and growth objectives.
• Establish standards for code quality, performance, scalability, security, automated testing, observability, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and adoption of AI-assisted development, testing automation, and release optimization.
• Own and improve Pod and Sprint operating frameworks, team structures, capacity planning, estimation, and delivery workflows.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, and development of engineers and software analysts across a growing organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams or products across business units or product lines in vertical SaaS, SMB software, payments-adjacent, or multi-product environments.
• Track record delivering scalable, customer-facing software platforms and improving delivery predictability, operational performance, and engineering quality.
• Experience with platform modernization, cloud-native architectures, complex system integrations, and hands-on AWS DevOps.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled product capabilities, developer productivity tooling, or automation at scale.
• Experience in the property management system industry; Cloudflare experience is preferred, and Perl development experience is strongly preferred.
