What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across WebRezPro to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and strengthen overall platform reliability.
• Implement AI-assisted engineering practices, including code generation and testing automation, to increase developer productivity.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers and software analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product and Business leaders to prioritize AI-enabled product capabilities that differentiate the platform competitively.
• Standardize engineering practices and evolve Pod & Sprint operating frameworks to optimize collaboration and throughput.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams or products within a SaaS environment.
• Background in vertical SaaS, SMB software, or payments-adjacent platforms.
• Experience with platform modernization, cloud-native architectures, or complex system integrations.
• Proven experience implementing AI-enabled product capabilities or developer productivity tooling at scale.
• Experience in the PMS (Property Management System) industry.
