What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap for hirify.global-wide front-end architecture and innovative UI strategies.
• Develop scalable design-to-code frameworks and pioneer AI-assisted UX and rendering systems.
• Lead and grow a team of design engineers and technical leaders to evolve the platform for an AI-native future.
• Align Product, Design, and Engineering leadership on long-term front-end roadmaps and execution plans.
• Establish organization-wide standards for design and code review to improve consistency and system fidelity.
• Represent hirify.global's point of view in external forums to advance industry standards in design engineering.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in front-end engineering or development (or equivalent degree + experience).
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design and engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling design systems and integrating AI/ML and accessibility.
• Experience building systems that support generative UI workflows.
• Background working on developer tools or technical platforms.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 8+ years of experience delivering products through end-to-end design processes.
