CNC Operator Handles/Molding, 1st Shift

Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC machines in the Handles Department and load or unload parts.
• Measure and inspect components against mechanical drawings, travelers, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Perform basic machine setups, changeovers, tooling changes, touch-offs, and dimensional offset adjustments.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Communicate production issues or inefficiencies and collaborate with machine operators and management.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, inspection techniques, SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts using a microscope.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate with a team.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to regularly lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; suitable close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision is required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate mathematics skills involving geometric and trigonometric formulas.
