CNC Machinist 1

Location: Lawrence, MA, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Pay range: $15.28–$28.38 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Operate CNC lathe equipment and produce parts to dimensional specifications.
• Change inserts and tool holders, skim jaws, monitor tool wear, and make dimensional adjustments.
• Inspect parts visually and with a microscope to verify conformity.
• Deburr and clean machined parts.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Communicate production issues to the supervisor and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school or trade school diploma.
• At least 1 year of CNC machine operator experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:50 a.m.–3:20 p.m.
• Some positions may require U.S. person status because of ITAR or EAR-controlled goods and technologies.
