IT Applications Manager (Integration) (AWS)

Annual salary: $119,000–$140,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise application integrations.
• Architect and manage AWS integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, and RDS.
• Establish API governance and interoperability standards across enterprise platforms.
• Oversee monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, compliance, performance, and reliability for mission-critical integrations.
• Coordinate delivery planning, timelines, resource allocation, and collaboration across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Lead and mentor integration engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, CCD/CDA, RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and HIPAA compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with interface engines such as GraphQL or Mirth.
• AWS certification.
• Salesforce integration certification.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments.
