Salary: $175,200 - $262,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software and data engineers in the Digital Health space.
• Mature software engineering practices, focusing on CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security, privacy, and service delivery teams to build enterprise platforms.
• Oversee design and development requirements for cloud-based platforms and software quality assurance.
• Manage program resources, scope, costs, and schedules within a cross-functional development team.
• Partner with AWS and internal stakeholders to define service consumption standards and policy-based controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree).
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AWS cloud solutions in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, or government).
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst on a software engineering team.
• Experience with AI systems design and AI Operations.
• AWS Cloud Architect Professional certification.
• Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and data platforms.
