Project Manager - Site Design (Civil Engineering)

Location: Tulsa, OK; flexible remote and hybrid work options are available, with travel required for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-priority site development projects across multiple teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and financial performance.
• Assemble and manage project teams, coordinate resources, and assign responsibilities aligned with project objectives.
• Manage contracts, change requests, risks, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Review technical work to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
• Maintain client relationships, support future business development, and mentor staff on project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Project management experience covering scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
