• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure financial success and timely completion.
• Lead the execution of project plans by assembling and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and change requests to minimize financial risk.
• Coordinate technical reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and contract compliance.
• Maintain positive client relationships to secure future work and ensure exceptional service.
• Mentor staff on project management best practices and utilize internal support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Proven project management experience in scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
