What you will do
- Manage multiple structural projects and establish priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
- Develop new client relationships and lead the preparation of project proposals.
- Coordinate and manage client requests and project requirements.
- Serve as a technical advisor to staff by applying comprehensive structural engineering principles.
- Review design and production deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Washington State PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Oregon State PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Expertise in concrete and steel design.

- Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
