Sr. Project Manager - Structural

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon, US; hybrid work model

Salary: $138,000–$182,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple structural engineering projects and prioritize work for internal staff and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate client requests, project needs, and delivery expectations.
• Develop new clients and contribute to proposal writing.
• Apply structural engineering principles across commercial, industrial, mixed-use, transportation, energy, telecommunications, and water/wastewater projects.
• Serve as a technical advisor to engineering staff.
• Review design and production deliverables for industry-standard care and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Washington State PE license required, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Oregon State PE license required, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 10 or more years of experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Experience with concrete design and steel design.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
