Senior Project Manager - Structural

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $138,000k–$182,000k per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple structural engineering projects and set priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate client requests, needs, and project deliverables.
• Develop new clients and contribute to proposal writing.
• Apply structural engineering principles as a technical advisor to other staff.
• Review design and production deliverables for industry-standard quality and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ten or more years of experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Washington State PE license required, or ability to obtain it within six months.
• Oregon State PE license required, or ability to obtain it within six months.
• Experience with concrete design and steel design.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
